This policy applies to both the businesses using Revu and the customers sending reviews.
2. What information we collect
When you use Revu, we may collect:
From customers / message senders
- Your phone number (the number from which you message)
- The message text and any media (images, voice recordings, etc.)
- The time your message was sent
From businesses
- Business name, branch, industry
- Business phone number
- Business owner name
- Business email
- (Optional) Google Place ID or similar identifier
Review & analysis data
- A cleaned or formatted version of the message for review (summary)
- Overall sentiment or feedback in a simplified form
- Per-group feedback or segmented content (e.g. service, food, atmosphere)
- Key points (highlights)
- Suggestions or recommendations
3. How we use your information
We use the information to:
- Process and deliver customer reviews to the respective business
- Analyze the feedback to produce summaries, highlights, and improvement suggestions
- Help businesses understand their strengths and areas to improve
- Communicate with you about service updates, support, or issues
By sending your review via WhatsApp, you consent to this use of your information.
