The Frustration

VoiceRevu started with a simple frustration. Too often, customers only speak up when they're already upset, and by then, the easiest place to vent is online. A bad review goes public, reputations take a hit, and the customer still doesn't feel heard. Nobody really wins.

Our Belief

We believe feedback should work differently. Most customers don't want to "destroy" a business online. They just want someone to listen, acknowledge the issue, and respond. VoiceRevu gives them a simple way to do exactly that, by speaking directly to management through WhatsApp, using a voice note or a message, in their own language.

The Solution

When customers share feedback this way, it feels more natural and more honest. Management sees it immediately and can respond while the experience is still fresh. Problems get resolved faster, misunderstandings are cleared up, and many issues never need to become public in the first place.
